About the Role

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance our production security, lead OS upgrades, manage software dependencies, and collaborate on security initiatives, including SaaS application security and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Operating System Upgrades: Plan and execute upgrades for end-of-life OS across production and cloud environments, ensuring stability.
  • Dependency Management & Compliance: Identify and update software dependencies to meet standards and regulations.
  • Vulnerability Remediation: Identify and patch CVEs proactively across infrastructure and applications.
  • GRC Collaboration: Work with GRC team on gap remediation, BCP, and DRP development.
  • SaaS Security: Migrate and integrate SaaS apps behind Okta for centralized identity management.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Convey plans and progress to engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Mentorship & Guidance: Provide technical mentorship on security best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance security processes, tools, and automation.
Must Haves
  • 5+ years in infrastructure or SRE roles with GRC focus
  • Deep knowledge of Linux and Windows OS management
  • Understanding of security vulnerabilities and remediation
  • Problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Experience with security tools (Crowdstrike, Rapid7, etc.)
Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
  • Experience with Okta, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Security certifications (AWS, Azure)
  • CI/CD security integration, regulated industry experience
