Senior Full Stack Engineer Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead our team's technical direction and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions. This position involves 70% hands-on coding and 30% mentoring other engineers. As a technical lead, you will guide and mentor team members in their professional development, ensuring successful project delivery. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing new React components and frontend applications, as well as testing new designs, formulations, materials, or systems for compliance with quality and/or performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of experienced Software Engineers as a technical lead. Architect and implement new React components and frontend applications. Test new applications and services in various environments. Gauge platform performance and take corrective action to optimize system behavior. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ Years of experience working as a Full Stack Engineer. 5+ Years of experience working with TypeScript. 5+ Years of experience working with React. 3+ Years of experience working with C# .NET or Java. 3+ Years of experience working with Node. 1+ Years of experience mentoring. Experience with NoSQL Databases (DynamoDB preferred). Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Benefits: Competitive salary. 100% remote work.
