Technical Program Manager The successful candidate will be responsible for managing delivery for key customers across all technological tracks, leading teams across technologies, and ensuring regular updates are sent to customer stakeholders. Manage projects to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and budget. Work closely with customers and technology teams to understand project scope and ensure high standards are met. Lead teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with proven experience in software development project management. They should be able to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Ensure timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery of projects. Tech Lead: Collaborate with customers and tech teams to understand project requirements and drive high-quality outcomes. Team Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration and productivity, empowering team members to excel. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams.
