Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers. Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px. Support your structure (delivery managers and project managers) and escalate relevant issues to the VP when needed. Define global forecast for your project portfolio. Ensure your team complies with established methodologies and processes. Work with Account VPs to manage complex problems with clients when needed. Ensure effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and Customers. Secure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project for all your clients. Here’s What We Are Looking For6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets). Customer-oriented. Budget management. Software Development Management experience. Experience with Agile Methodologies. Strong communication skills. Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
