RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in the preparation of balance sheets and financial statements.
  2. Execute and manage accounting spreadsheets and reports, performing expense classification and balance sheet analysis.
  3. Record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries for assigned clients as directed by the Senior/Supervisor.
  4. Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts of companies, ensuring the accuracy of information.
  5. Ensure the correct accounting of clients' long-term transactions.
  6. Organize documentation related to the company's accounting.
  7. Record accounting transactions for clients under your responsibility.
  8. Assist in tax calculation.
  9. Reconcile accounts and complete tax payment forms and requests with government agencies.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

  1. WILLINGNESS TO LEARN – No experience in US accounting is required, but it will be a plus.
  2. Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);

NICE TO HAVE:

  1. Experience with QuickBooks
  2. Experience with US GAAP
