With 100+ Locations opening around the globe, we have multiple job opportunities at any given time.What the role isYou will lead the country’s food and beverage team and operations as the country’s F&B director; you will take full ownership of their Food and Beverage Business. You will manage all F&B locations through onsite visits and property calls to determine, communicate, and monitor the execution of the optimum course of action for improved performance.You will manage external partner relations, and locate new partners for F&B venues as needed.This role requires the candidate to develop and teach processes and help develop a business plan that will drive the department's commercial performance via key performance indicators, business intelligence analysis, and brand standard evaluation. This role will focus on four key areas - business planning and analytics, management development, new openings and Partners’ management.What you will be doingManage the F&B P&LAchieve results and targets of the Food and Beverage operation and monitor them on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basisControl the quality of product, service and venues, while continually touring and auditing various F&B venues in the countryProvide guidance and support for venue managers and partners to maximize F&B profitabilityIdentify potential partnerships for all country restaurant and bar areas and execute in coordination with the Head of Country and global directiveTrain and mentor location Food and Beverage staffSupport the VP of Global F&B in designing, specifying, and structuring all Food and Beverage Products in your countryIdentify, negotiate and onboard potential internal and external F&B partners abiding by Selina standards, working with the Global F&B Department for guidance and approval.Lead the process of monitoring and driving compliance with F&B standards in SelinaLead the rollout, and oversight of Selina’s Food & Beverage Offerings: including concepts, formats (cafes, bars, restaurants), layouts, and menusDevelop our approach to scale F&B Products and maintain global standards while opening multiple locations with an authentic, locally relevant offeringPrimary business partner in the development and rollout of a technology stack to control and support our F&B business (POS, inventory management, etc.) performance in different locations, creating improvement plans, and sharing best practices across locationsCooperate with revenue management and commercial teams to achieve revenue targets and breakfast sales targetsCooperate with B2B sales teams to achieve event sales targetsLead the recruitment of all F&B staff in your countryWhat you need for the roleBilingual: English and Native Language of the Country of LocationMin. 7 years experience in various F&B roles, with a minimum of 2-years multi-location experience with P&L and operational ownershipExpertise in F&B matters in general and in Service, Sales and Marketing in particularP&L masteryGreat communication and organization skills.What can you expectNo dress codePet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly)Multiple online training opportunitiesCultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
