With operations spread across 40 nations, we provide training and development solutions to individuals, enterprises, and institutions. Job Title: Training Coordinator We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. This role is part of our Operations department and involves collaborating closely with our Frankfurt-based clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while working alongside our India-based team on a shared project. This position reports directly to our Training Operations Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of training sessions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze client-provided training needs and determine the necessary number of sessions to train trainees according to courses and site locations. Initiate and manage session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation requests as needed. Organize training sessions based on trainee expectations and availability, ensuring their successful execution. Collaborate with our Indian team for any updates or changes in training events or programs. Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices when required. Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using our CRM tool. Maintain Learner Support Level 2. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations. Experience in an international work environment. Deep understanding of the training landscape. Prioritization of customer satisfaction. Teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and task prioritization. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Knowledge of Cornerstone or other LMS platforms is an asset. Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
