Collaborate closely with the founder and remote team, providing deep‑work output and minimal internal meetings. QualificationsExperience in growth marketing or digital advertising. Data‑driven mindset: fluency in email analytics, automation, and performance optimisation. Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking. Self‑motivated, collaborative, and able to execute fast‑paced initiatives. Knowledge of B2C/B2B marketing in the travel or running industry is a plus. Benefits & CompensationUSD 1,400 /month for 25 hrs/week (part‑time). Managed via Upwork. Work remotely with only 2–3 internal meetings per week.
