Lead AI Engineer We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of next-generation agentic AI systems that revolutionize enterprise operations. Key Responsibilities: Design and lead the architecture of scalable, production-grade agentic AI systems. Create serverless, event-driven workflows using cloud platforms. Build and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and recommendations. Incorporate agents with enterprise platforms to drive seamless integration. Ensure observability and reliability through real-time monitoring and alerting frameworks. Leadership Expectations: Mentor and guide junior engineers in fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. Drive cross-team collaboration and alignment on agentic AI strategy and execution. Own delivery timelines, quality benchmarks, and stakeholder communication. Champion best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience leading AI engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
