Drive Innovation in Propulsion Systems We are seeking a skilled and experienced Propulsion Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and developing cutting-edge propulsion systems for vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage closely with stakeholders from various teams to gather insights into requirements and objectives. Propulsion System Development: Apply advanced engineering principles and methodologies to create reliable, efficient, and high-performance propulsion solutions. Network and Electrical Drawings: Generate accurate and comprehensive network and electrical drawings for all vehicles and phases. Propulsion System 12V Load Budget: Develop detailed specifications for the 12V load budget deliverable for electric powertrain projects. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in electrical/electronics/automotive field. Strong understanding of engineering cost and time implications. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of engineering principles. Analytic mindset and problem-solving abilities. Passion for innovation and drive to contribute to cutting-edge projects. Familiar with Agile-Scrum methodology and associated concepts. Sound knowledge of CAN and LIN components. Capable of creating logical as well as physical schematics. Experience with Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and Power Point. Highly motivated/self-starter with proven leadership skills.
