Please be aware of this when applying.****JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage and oversee the Localization and Audio Team’s day-to-day operation and scheduling. Includes troubleshooting and finding solutions to keep productions efficient and cost-effective.- Act as a liaison between production management, dubbing directors, voice talents and freelance crew to ensure proper procedures are followed throughout the production process- Work with Studio Head, Project managers and Producers to maintain a robust production schedule- Develop strong & sustainable relationships across Studio Director, Dubbing Directors, Producers, Lead Project managers, and partner studios- Work closely with Dubbing directors and Producers on creative and logístical aspects of projects, define deliverables and schedules to ensure that content is delivered to post-production team in a timely fashion- Use your strong problem-solving & analytical skills to build execution plans & leadership alignment on how teams should tackle challenges that have no clear or optimal solution- Assist in handling production concerns and technical production issues- Coding and evaluating invoices from customers and clients- Participate in short- and long-term planning aligned with goals set by studio leaders**Requirements**:- 5+ years working in/managing a studio environment, preferably in the gaming industry- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a project manager or program manager, or equivalent experience.- Experience and proven ability to impact and influence cross-functional teams- Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.- Excellent organizational and managerial skills Expertise in budgeting, timelines and other administrative workflow related to art production- Strong problem-solving skills and concept development with the ability to recognize issues, identify solutions and implement action plans.- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.- Background in video games or allied industry preferable- Bi-lingual in English and Portugese.**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**:- 2 years of previous experience at post house or studio a plus- Bilingual English and another language a plus- Gaming or Film, TV experience a plus**Benefits**- Full-time schedule, plus employee benefits, including health and dental care, when eligible- CLT, Meal vouchers, Transportation vouchers (when applicable)- Casual and fun work environment- Work alongside dynamic individuals in the gaming industry- Work within a company with upward career growth opportunities
