Responsibilities: Be responsible for the Regional Medical Control and Occupational Health Program (PCMSO); Conduct occupational medical exams; Investigate the causes of absenteeism/disease and propose measures to solve the problem; Conduct medical expert assessments of possible occupational diseases, referring to the INSS when necessary; Act as a Technical Judicial Assistant Doctor for the Regional, when requested by the Legal Department. Guide the health team's work in the Regional, planning work, aligning new guidelines, identifying opportunities for improvement, etc.; Manage the collaborators who are absent from the Regional, including contesting the Technical Previdential Nexus; Contribute to the management of the supplementary health plan's sinistrality, proposing and implementing actions that aim to reduce plan costs; Participate in health promotion campaigns; Provide first aid to people in the Regional in emergency situations; Comply with NR-7 regarding the responsibilities of the doctor in charge of PCMSO; Examine medical certificates and guide employees on disease prevention and treatment; Ensure that the organization's legal health requirements are met; Execute and update PCMSO; Indicate to unit managers actions to control and prevent occupational diseases based on monitoring results and follow up on the effectiveness of these actions; Implement health promotion actions specific to maintaining the quality of life of collaborators and preventing occupational diseases, based on attendance statistics; Refer and/or accompany collaborators to specialized care in cases of serious accidents; Monitor the medical treatment of injured employees; Support the safety service in training and technical guidance on occupational disease prevention actions; Review, evaluate, and technically guide the PCMSO of contracted companies to meet legal requirements; Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; Perform other activities of the same nature, complexity, and responsibility. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in medicine with specialization in occupational medicine Desirable: 6 months of experience in the function.
