Integrated Testing Leader

Who will you be working with?
The Integration department is responsible for providing requirements for all departments involved in the planning, development and maintenance of the PTC solutions provided by Wabtec to ensure quality, compatibility, and proper documentation.
How will you make a difference?
As the testing leader for the Integration department, your role will be to conduct the team to create test books and execute tests that ensure the various PTC solutions meet the standards and requirements created by the Integrated specialists and product owners. You will plan and organize resources to meet project demands with quality and within the time agreed with the client. Through test artifacts, documents and detailed reports, you will enable Integration specialists to improve and implement solutions in the software architecture. You will structure the testing team to analyze bugs and defects to identify possible causes and instruct the development teams to find fixes. You will work closely with the Brazil, India and US teams to automate tasks and tests enhancing the groups capabilities and finally, you will structure a solid report to the leadership of all activities performed.
What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electro-eletronic engineering, mechatronics engineering, computer engineering, automation and control engineering;
- Experience as a technical lead;
- Experience with embedded software testing;
- Experience creating test cases;
- Advanced English communicating skills;
- Knowledge in test automation.

- Elaborate work estimates;
- Elaborate technical specification documents;
- Support planning, supervision and control of the activities within the scope of the integration department;
- Automate processes to streamline work in the scope of the Integration department;
