Your Role As a Senior IT Architect , you will lead the definition, evolution, and governance of scalable and secure technical architectures for our most critical projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform business goals into sustainable and innovative software ecosystems, balancing modern design, performance, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Define and evolve the reference architecture of applications, ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, data, and security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture best practices. Define technical standards and development guides (API design, versioning, logging, observability, authentication, authorization, error handling). Lead technical decisions related to microservices, messaging, data persistence , and inter-module integrations. Design domain-driven architectures (DDD) , especially in complex and highly regulated business environments. Support the engineering team in defining CI/CD pipelines , execution environments (on-prem or cloud), and DevSecOps practices . Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools for development and governance stacks. Conduct architectural code reviews and ensure that technical designs are properly documented and versioned . Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support strategic decision-making. Participate in design sessions, prototyping, and POCs for critical system components. Who You Are Software Architecture: Proven experience with microservices , RESTful/GraphQL APIs , event-driven architectures , and integration patterns (messaging, queues, streaming). Back-end Expertise: Strong knowledge in .NET or Node.js , with deep understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles . Databases: Proficiency in both relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases. Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker , Kubernetes , and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack ). Cloud & On-prem: Familiarity with hybrid environments and strategies for deployment and replication across cloud/on-premise infrastructure. Security: Understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Keycloak , data encryption, environment segregation, and compliance frameworks . CI/CD: Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins , or similar tools. Domain & Data Modeling: Familiarity with DDD, CQRS, and event sourcing when applicable. Technical Documentation: Proficiency in creating C4 Model diagrams, UML , and architectural documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger . Soft Skills Ability to translate business goals into solid technical solutions . Systems thinking and the capacity to simplify complex architectures without compromising robustness . Strong communication skills to lead technical discussions with clarity and objectivity. Passion for automation, observability, and reliability . Constantly updated on the latest architecture and engineering trends . Nice to Have Experience in financial services , asset management systems , or investment platforms . Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Architect, Azure Solutions Architect). Familiarity with technical governance frameworks and enterprise data engineering standards .
