Role Overview The ITOps Analyst will handle all IT operational needs at BotCity (excluding product, engineering, and InfoSec), covering tasks from user provisioning to device management to infrastructure support. This role is crucial to ensuring that internal teams (sales, ops, marketing, etc.) can operate without IT friction or downtime. The ideal person is a hands‑on problem‑solver with strong ownership, technical versatility, and clear communication. Responsibilities Manage user lifecycle, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, access controls, and permissions across systems (G Suite, Office 365, Slack, internal tools). Oversee hardware and software asset inventory, including acquisitions, deployments, refresh cycles, and warranties. Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, mobile devices, VPNs, and basic network connectivity. Troubleshoot and resolve user IT tickets (desktop, laptop, OS, connectivity, software) promptly. Coordinate with vendors for support, maintenance, and procurement (SaaS tools, licensing). Create, maintain and enforce internal IT policies and standards (passwords, device encryption, backup, patching). Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes with IT compliance (access removal, exit checklist). Monitor and manage internal systems (file shares, backup, printers, internal tools) and alert on issues. Create and maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, user guides, and policies. Assist with small infrastructure projects (office moves, network upgrades, software rollouts). Escalate and coordinate with Engineering and Security teams when needed (e.g., deeper system issues). Requisitos Technical diploma in Information Systems, Systems Analysis or related degree. Experience (3+ years) in an IT support, systems, or operations role (generalist). Strong experience with user and access management systems (e.g., Google Workspace, SSO, IAM). Experience with service management frameworks / ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow). Hands‑on experience with Windows / macOS workstations and standard corporate software stacks. Basic knowledge of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP) and troubleshooting. Familiarity with device management (MDM), patching, endpoint security. Experience with inventory / asset management systems. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, Slack. Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team. Portuguese – Fluent. English – Advanced. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to basic scripting / automation (Shell, Python, PowerShell) to automate repetitive IT tasks. Exposure to security best practices (patch management, endpoint protection). Prior experience in an early‑stage, high‑growth, and fast‑paced startup environment or technology companies.
