Job Description:Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the WorldJoin 3M as Global Data Strategy Manager and have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:- Leading data strategy for driving a compliant and optimized customer experience.- Configuring 3M's Customer Data Platform (CDP) to drive business and compliance user cases. This includes integrating data from various sources such as CRM systems, web analytics, and marketing platforms to create a unified view of customer behavior and campaign performance.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, data science, and legal/compliance to leverage customer data for personalized marketing campaigns and customer journey optimization.- Ensuring data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) by developing and maintaining a robust data governance framework and documentation to ensure data quality and consistency.Your Skills and Expertise:- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.- Solid experience in Digital Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, and/or tag management in a private, public, government, or military environment.- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and accurately with mínimal errors.- Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:_- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.- Strong hands-on experience with Tealium Audience Stream CDP.- Working knowledge of Securiti.ai Consent Management Platform.- Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.- Working knowledge of Data Clean Room (DCR) technologies.- JavaScript, CSS, and HTML background.- Familiarity with APIs and data feeds to connect and retrieve data across platforms is a strong asset.Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week in the office located in Sumaré, São Paulo (SP).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
