Sao Paulo - Sao Paulo - Brazil About The Role As Finance Manager at CBRE, you will be a key liaison, playing a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to strategic decision‑making. What You Will Do You will act as a liaison and be responsible for various matters between the Latin American offices, including reporting, accounting, budget control, etc. Preparing cash flow statements with projected profits. Creating budgets. Performing balance sheet and P&L analysis of critical balances as part of operational improvement initiatives. Preparing projections, forecasts, accounting closings, reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other related tasks. Create and record journal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner distributions, financing requests, and other transactions for the accounting period are accurately recorded. Generate and review financial packages to produce accurate and comprehensive reports. Prepare packages according to a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and other management teams. Resolve complex issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting matters and reports. Identify potential problems and conflicts and take corrective action to minimize them. Facilitate the reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics. What You Need Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced English. Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar fields.
