Senior Product Specialist

What You’ll Build Join our Product Management team focused on air travel booking. This role involves designing and delivering features for the next-generation Concur corporate booking tool, working closely with the rail team and other verticals. We’re seeking a customer-focused individual passionate about innovative software in corporate travel. Key Responsibilities Create and execute the launch of new product features using input from stakeholders. Help drive the success, quality, cost management and delivery of features through the entire product lifecycle. Oversee design decisions and implementation for high-impact travel booking features. Conduct research, recommend solutions, and ensure launch readiness. Write user stories, set acceptance criteria, and measure feature adoption. Prioritize and resolve customer issues; develop business requirements. Work cross-functionally in HPOM and Agile environments. Delve into Artificial Intelligence and explore opportunities to solve customer problems. Additional Role Accountabilities Analyze market trends and gather user requirements. Build relationships with internal teams and external partners. Become a subject matter expert and enable successful delivery of software initiatives. Ensure services are reliable, scalable, and secure. Encourage data-driven decisions and manage legacy features. What You Bring BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Extensive experience in product management or equivalent roles. Experience with agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and communicating to diverse audiences. Familiarity with airline content, online booking tools, Adobe Analytics, Aha, JIRA is beneficial. Detail-oriented with hands-on experience creating user experience, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes and success metrics. Well organized with a focus on delivering rapid incremental value, ensuring that details don’t get overlooked. Demonstrated problem solver with the ability to navigate challenges and overcome roadblocks. Good to have: experience with frontend and API requirements, and understanding how they work.
