About the Role: Backend Engineer (Telemedicine Platform) We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our fast-growing telemedicine platform and help design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems. This is a hands‑on role where you will take ownership of critical services, develop new features, and ensure the stability and efficiency of our backend architecture. You’ll work with PHP, Laravel, PostgreSQL, and AWS , collaborating closely with frontend, QA, product, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless, high-quality healthcare solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make architectural decisions, implement performance optimizations, and support integration with third-party APIs. You will also be responsible for debugging complex issues, automating tests, and improving CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable releases. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and enjoys working across teams to create scalable systems that directly impact patient care.
