**Partner with the best**
As a Lead Sales Specialist you will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams, with the purpose of generating business opportunities for the Pressure Pumping product line across all the industry. You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business and expand existing business within the actual market.
As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Positioning Baker Hughes technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solution
- Working in close cooperation with regional sales, account sales and commercial proposal staff.
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment and client conditions
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
- Handling important clients for a product line.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor degree in Engineer
- Have solid experience in Technical Sales
- Have solid experience in Pressure Pumping
- Demonstrate fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish desired)
- Show a good oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrate ability to lead programs / projects
- Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
