Site Monitoring Specialist The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of site operations across multiple locations. This involves regular monitoring of key system indicators through a web interface and addressing any discrepancies according to established operational procedures. Key Responsibilities: Continuously monitor system operation status and record core indicators via the web page. Address anomalies in accordance with standard operating procedures. Escalate unresolved issues to site maintenance engineers or platform support teams as necessary. Perform automated site status inspections and distribute daily fault reports to relevant experts via email. Provide technical assistance to specialists and end-users within 30 minutes. Requirements: A high school diploma or higher, with no specific major requirements. At least one year of experience in customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, or related fields. Proficiency in reading and writing English. Expertise in utilizing office software, including Word, Excel, and email applications. Prior experience in software deployment and maintenance is highly desirable.
