Requisitos
- Education in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Production);
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing cross-functional working team;
- Experience from product development of Trucks and/or Buses leading engineering tasks with other engineers or consultants;
- Result oriented and always looking for improvements in our way of working;
- Communicative and with good influencing skills;
- Understand the need of stakeholder management in different levels;
- PMP certification is desirable but not mandatory.
Atividades
- The Vehicle Integration Program Manager is responsible to secure that we have a good cross-functional delivery for the JIRA Epics related to Product Development from the pre-study phase until the Start-of-production;
- In the early phases you will be supporting the Senior VIPMs in the pre-studies and deliveries of Projects and will be leading the PMRs that are cross Vehicle Engineering áreas;
- These are some example of activities: Concept preparation alignment among product owner & all solution providers, acceptance criteria (incl. V&V activities defined and agreed with key stakeholders), cross-functional development maturity progress alignment (stable release, RTS,...), Business Case ready for decision, Time Plan creation/updates and Confirm Start of Production (high confidence);
- In the late phases you will work in close cooperation with Chief Project Managers from PPSO to secure the industrialization of the Projects/PMRs.
