Role OverviewWe’re hiring an AI Engineer – Data & Automation to design and build intelligent systems that bring structure, insight, and automation to our staffing workflows. You’ll turn unstructured data (resumes, job descriptions, documents, chats) into actionable intelligence using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), document intelligence, and structured extraction.
