Airswift is recruiting a Project Logistics Leader for a client in the O&G sector, based in Macaé- RJ, Brazil. Role Overview Provide project coordination and logistics support for allocated projects, primarily in the Americas, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and client requirements. Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities and maintain project documentation. Support financial control, including cost monitoring, invoicing, and WIP management. Plan and track site-based personnel resources and ensure compliance with working time regulations. Prepare project plans, progress reports, and attend internal/client meetings. Organize mobilization/demobilization briefings and ensure all work packs and equipment documentation are complete. Support compliance with QHSE standards and assist in audits. Liaise with internal/external stakeholders for resource and logistics requirements. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business (preferred). Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination and logistics. Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; experience with planning tools (MS Project or equivalent). Familiarity with financial systems (SAP, Deltek, JD Edwards). Advanced English skills (will be tested). Only local candidates will be considered. #LI-MP2
