About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Data Science Professional to lead our machine learning initiatives and drive strategic growth. This role requires an exceptional individual with expertise in machine learning engineering, data science, and leadership. You will be responsible for defining technical direction, mentoring a team of data scientists, and overseeing the development and deployment of advanced models and data products. Define technical roadmap and best practices for all data science initiatives. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Provide strategic vision and technical direction for data science initiatives Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and engineers Model Development: Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for complex student audience analysis and AI-enabled career advising Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a related analytical / leadership role Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring a team of data scientists or ML engineers Expert-level experience building and deploying segmentation and propensity models Benefits Fully remote work environment Paid time off (PTO) for any reason Flexible work schedule Personal laptop Nice-to-Haves Experience with media modeling audiences and digital lookalike techniques Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools Familiarity with data visualization tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
