- Acting as an internal consultant, advising managers and employees, guiding them on the company's procedures, policies, processes and participating in business meetings and building a model of positive company behavior with managers and employees;
- Assist in evaluating reports, making decisions and achieving results in the area in relation to the established objectives;
- Maintain compliance with Federal, State and Municipal Laws, as well as with rules stipulated in collective agreements, regarding the labor sphere;
- Maintain relationships with HR-related entities internally and externally.
