Work Location Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Northern Missouri, Southern Illinois Position Reports To Director of Sales - Foodservice Work Type Field Description Summary The WinCup District Manager (DM) is a district sales position for New WinCup Holdings, Inc. Candidates should have recent experience in foodservice, preferably in disposables serving segments such as QSRs, C Stores, Fast Casual, Distribution, etc. The DM is responsible for daily sales activities with assigned accounts/territory with the goal to maintain and aggressively grow sales. The DM should be self-motivated with a hunter mentality to drive new and incremental sales relative to the Sales Budget. Prospecting new Accounts and Opportunities Experience in food service; preferably disposables; regional accounts across all channels; corporate distribution; defined end users and channels; as‑needed customers, projects and activities. Manage all Existing and New Customer Needs Pricing: manage all customer information related to stock pricing, bids & contracts, competitive awareness, allowances, marketing promotions, deviations, profitability and corporate mandated practices. Customer Sales Support: sample submission and handling, tradeshows, customer food shows, forecasting to WinCup supply chain, identifying and tracking customer sales trends, conversion understanding and support, product training, sales meeting participation and plant tours. Creative Services Coordination: artwork coordination, sketch requests, mock‑up coordination, customer approval process. Customer Service Coordination: problem resolution, quality complaint submissions and follow‑ups, logistical issues. New Customer Onboarding: W9s, customer setup, credit limit approval, cash terms and adherence to WinCup terms and policies. Product Support: marketing, sampling, point of sale material, cross‑reference material. Internal WinCup Sales and Administrative Support Sales Funnel Reporting: submit SSAFs for new/change/updated customer information; supports capacity analysis, financial analysis and forecasting. Data Mining: understand WinCup Database (WCDB) to extract sales data and identify trends, gaps and opportunities. Business/Market Intelligence: be aware of competitors and pricing landscapes; report to Director of Sales. Expenses Reports: manage spending for reimbursement; large purchases require manager approval. Sales Related Paperwork: manage forms such as bids, contracts, customer quotes, rebates, vacation requests and weekly reporting. Director Support: act as a backup and support capacity for the Director of Sales; build bench strength for future growth. Experience and Ability Must have current/recent account experience in foodservice, preferably disposables; able to work in channels and outlets aligned with the WinCup sales strategy. Effectively Sell Demonstrate cross‑channel selling ability and drive new business via the WinCup Sales Funnel with an End User focus. Collaborate and Coordinate Work effectively with other DMs, internal support and the Director of Sales; utilize WinCup resources to handle customer issues. Continuous Improvement Commit to ongoing skill development in technical systems, customer intelligence, competitive landscape and adaptability.
