Paid Media Specialist Join the Bluelight team as a Paid Media Specialist and help design and develop innovative technology that enhances users’ lives. What You’ll Do Launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video. Prioritize bottom‑of‑funnel conversions that drive SQLs, pipeline impact, and closed‑won revenue. Partner closely with sales teams to align on lead quality, refine targeting, and maintain a feedback loop. Create dashboards and analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets. Conduct A/B tests on targeting, creative, landing pages, and bidding tactics to drive gains. Collaborate across marketing to maintain cohesive messaging and channel alignment. Coordinate with design and CRO teams to enhance landing page effectiveness. Manage spend pacing, forecast spending, and report on ROI, CAC, and ROAS. Research and experiment with emerging ad formats and placements within Google Ads. Experience & Qualifications Over 5 years of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, and Video. Full‑funnel focus with proven ability to track and optimize beyond top‑of‑funnel leads. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, spreadsheets, Looker Studio, and campaign analysis tools. Proven collaboration with sales teams to enhance pipeline impact. Advanced conversion tracking knowledge, including UTM parameters, pixel setup, and Google Tag Manager. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and how paid media connects with them. Objectives Drive higher revenue attributed to marketing through Google Ads campaigns. Enhance SQL rates and boost lead‑to‑deal conversions via paid media channels. Develop a collaborative workflow with the sales team to assess and refine lead quality. Lower cost per acquisition (CPA) while improving return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency.
