For more information, please visit: About the Team / Role The Learning & Culture team is dedicated to fostering an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing work environment at DiDi. We are the architects of the DiDi Culture, driving initiatives that strengthen our corporate values and promote a deep sense of belonging. We are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Learning & Culture Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping our workplace culture, with a primary focus on designing and executing memorable office events and impactful experiences that bring our people together. Responsibilities Plan, conceptualize, and execute the annual calendar of internal events (in-person, hybrid, and online), including celebrations, all-hands meetings, workshops, and other initiatives that reinforce our culture. Lead end-to-end office event projects, from initial concept and stakeholder briefing to flawless execution and post-event analysis, ensuring high-impact experiences for our employees. Develop the communication strategy for all culture and event initiatives, aligning messaging and channels with key stakeholders (such as Internal Communications and Marketing) to maximize employee engagement. Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and oversight, while maintaining strict budget control for all events and activities. Support the Learning & Culture Manager in implementing programs that enhance our sense of belonging and recognition, actively integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) principles into all events and actions. Collect feedback and analyze key success metrics for events (e.g., engagement, satisfaction), generating insightful reports to drive continuous improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for various business areas, ensuring alignment and collaboration in the organization of all cultural initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field. Solid experience in planning and executing office events and corporate experiences. Advanced proficiency in English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong understanding of project management principles, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive, creative, and highly organized profile with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com). Knowledge of platforms for online/hybrid events (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
