**What we offer**
Como par do Account Executive/Vendedor, sua missão será entender os desafios de negócio do prospect/cliente, direcionar para o portfólio mais adequado da SAP, engajar uma equipe de solution advisors que irão ajudar convencer o prospect/cliente que a SAP possui a melhor solução para aquele desafio e por fim, criar a arquitetura de solução e road map de adoção.
Conhecimento de negócio (preferencialmente bens de consumo ou manufatura discreta), conhecimento de solução (portfólio completo da SAP) e softskills são fundamentais para uma jornada de sucesso nesta posição.
- Mínimo de 7 anos de experiência com soluções SAP (ERP é fundamental, além das outras soluções da SAP). Não precisa ter profundidade em tudo, mas precisa saber do que se trata. Ter sido líder de frente funcional pode ser um diferencial.
- Business Acumen: Visão end-to-end do negócio das empresas e das soluções SAP. Que tipo de LoB consome determinada solução da SAP.
- Se divertir: Otimismo e alegria precisam estar sempre presentes
- Escutar o prospect/cliente, se tornar seu trusted advisor, oferecer aquilo que faz sentido.
- Communication Skills - facilidade para entender, sintetizar e transmitir mensagens de forma simplificada. Exposição frequente junto aos prospects/clientes
- Braço direito do account executive/vendedor para questões de solução
- Você não terá a responsabilidade de definições de proposta de serviços, mas será responsável pelo hand-over para este time.
- Liderança, Diversidade, Capacidade de Planejamento e Trabalho em Equipe: gerenciar tempo, organizar atividades, liderar pessoas (mesmo sendo um contribuidor individual) e lidar com diferentes expectativas. Habilidade interpessoal para lidar com diferentes áreas e pessoas.
- Agilidade e dinamismo estão no dia a dia
- Accountability e autonomia: a responsabilidade de fazer acontecer e selecionar os recursos da empresa para te ajudar nesta jornada são sua responsabilidade. Liderança compartilhada com o Account Executive/Vendedor dos territórios e oportunidades de vendas.
- Qualificação de oportunidade: Ajudar o vendedor a qualificar a oportunidade de venda na visão de desafio de negócio, perspectiva de receita x investimento e concorrência.
