**Descrição do perfil**:
Responsável por diagnosticar necessidades de evolução cultural a partir da estratégia da organização e diretrizes ESG, assim como implementar e acompanhar programas e iniciativas estruturadas de Cultura, Diversidade e Inclusão.
**Principais Atividades**:
- Planejar, elaborar, desenvolver e implementar ações de aculturamento e desenvolvimento para todos os níveis da organização, a partir da estratégia;
- Implementar e conduzir programas e projetos de cultura organizacional
- Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e atualização de políticas e processos relacionados a cultura organizacional;
- Interagir, negociar e coconstruir soluções com parceiros internos e externos para sensibilização, capacitação e aculturamento de toda a organização;
- Interagir com demais áreas da organização para disseminação, impulsionamento e monitoramento da evolução da cultura na companhia;
- Analisar e tratar dados de diferentes subsistemas de RH, para gerar insights e criar soluções efetivas e de valor para os desafios da área;
- Implementar, monitorar e medir indicadores operacionais e de negócio;
- Elaborar apresentações e materiais (como guias, manuais, dinâmicas) para reuniões, apresentações e workshops;
- Aplicar metodologias de pesquisa e moderação de grupos focais;
- Aplicar palestras e treinamentos para diferentes públicos internos, com metodologias variadas;
- Gerenciar programas de Embaixadores de Cultura, ampliando engajamento e monitorando planos de ação;
- Gerir a infraestrutura, recursos tecnológicos e financeiros envolvidos nas iniciativas de cultura, diversidade e inclusão.
**Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação**:
- Vivência em áreas/projetos de educação, desenvolvimento, engajamento, aculturamento e gestão de mudanças;
- Experiência no desenho, implementação e acompanhamento de iniciativas e programas de educação, cultura, diversidade e inclusão;
- Conhecimento de Power BI, pacote Office 365 e ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial;
- Project Management;
- People Analytics;
- Formação superior em: Administração de Empresas, Estatística, Recursos Humanos, Comunicação Social, Psicologia, Antropologia, Engenharia de Produção e ou áreas correlatas.
