In this role you will pre‑qualify enterprise leads, establish personalized contact via phone, e‑mail, video call or chat, identify opportunities and offer solutions aligned with customer needs. You will also create activity reports, collaborate with the team and propose new approaches to reach objectives. Job details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time (PJ contract, commission-based) Location: Home‑office Hourly & rest schedule: Flexible Responsibilities Study potential clients, market and competitors (benchmarking). Analyze positioning of indirect offers in partnership with the Marketing team and suggest improvements. Pre‑qualify leads through business diagnosis. Reach out to potential clients (focus on ICP enterprise) in a personalized way via phone, e‑mail, video call, chat or other methods. Detect opportunities and understand customer needs to offer the best services/products. Create activity reports (number of leads, calls, conversion rate, etc.). Collaborate with the team and propose new ways of approach to customers to reach objectives. Keep all activities updated in CRM. Participate in trainings and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications Result‑oriented, with initiative and able to take the lead to generate opportunities and sales. Excellent verbal and written communication. Certification in Inside Sales and Inbound Sales. Self‑motivation, proactivity and competitiveness. Empathy and friendliness. Proven experience in pre‑sales in the technology field. Persuasion and negotiation/resilience skills – not afraid of "no" and able to turn it into "yes". Intermediate English – a bonus. Higher education or currently studying Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related areas – a bonus. Benefits Salary: R$ 3,000 – R$ 4,000. Partnership program.
