About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within our organization, overseeing large-scale Green Hydrogen and derivatives projects in Latin America. The successful candidate will lead project development efforts, working closely with external partners to drive progress and achieve milestones.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. They will be responsible for managing project budgets, Gantt schedules, and KPI dashboards, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance projects through various stages.

  • Project Development: Lead the development of large-scale Green Hydrogen and derivatives projects in Latin America, working collaboratively with external co-development partners.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of subject matter experts, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, investors, and government agencies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as engineering, business administration, or environmental science.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving project success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
