** Descrição
**The Analyst will be responsible for**:
- Support End-Users Application in Production and Test Environment
- Act in conjunction with Infrastructure and Service-Desk to keep the Production environment safe and stable
- Collect, assess and design business requirements into IT specifications
- Create, keep accurate and publish IT Key Performance Indicators(KPI) such as: Total vs open Tickets, Projects Status, Number of Critical Bugs
- Disaster Recovery TO and RPO
- Support Vendors relationship management
- Support and formalize local controls
- Review and improve local procedures
** Qualificações
**Requirements**:
- Higher Education
- Advanced English
- Background on AML and KYC processes
- Must be hands on regarding on techinical matters, mainly concerning windows/linux servers
