Job Overview: The Director of Digital Strategy plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction and performance of multiple clients. This key position leads the planning, execution, and optimization of digital strategies across various channels. Purpose: Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive digital strategies that meet clients' marketing goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless internal workflow and client experience. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular strategy calls, acting as an expert partner who advises on best practices and strategic direction. Supervise and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to the success of the Digital Strategy department. Analyze performance data, provide actionable insights, and make strategic recommendations for campaign improvement. Develop and maintain expertise in digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry developments. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Campaign Planning Campaign Execution and Optimization Client Relationship Management Team Supervision and Development Research and Analysis Benchmarking and Process Improvement About You: We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for digital marketing. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in digital strategy, campaign execution, and client relationship management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies. A results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
