Overview Job Description – Transmission Coordinator - Content Production Location: São Paulo (Hybrid model) Company: SportyNet About SportyNet: Sporty Net is a comprehensive sports broadcasting platform based in Brazil, delivering over 400 live football matches per year. We have distribution agreements with leading local Pay TV operators and a growing digital presence. We are rapidly becoming Brazil’s most dynamic football broadcaster, the home of Série C, select Série B and Bundesliga matches, regional tournaments, the European League of Football (ELF), and women’s football, with new content and offerings launched regularly. Role Overview: As a TV Show and Broadcasts Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating TV shows and live transmissions. Your newsroom knowledge and understanding of content flow will be essential to the role. You’ll work closely with the production and editorial teams, so collaboration is in your DNA. Creativity, quick problem-solving, and an ability to connect content with audience behavior are key to success. Responsibilities Production and coordination of TV programs and live broadcasts. Create and manage program rundowns. Coordinate live content. Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to promote and enhance content performance. Coordinate video editors and assist in executive production. Book and coordinate relevant guests for each show. Support the technical direction team during live operations. Requirements Experience creating TV show rundowns and understanding news vs. audience dynamics. Experience coordinating live content and managing on-air workflows. Hands-on experience with vMix or switcher room direction (a strong plus). Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Interest in soccer and sports culture (a plus). Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in broadcasters or YouTube channels. Solid understanding of broadcast workflows and live production dynamics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
