Job Description Articul8 AI is seeking an exceptional Solution Architect to join us in shaping the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). You will work within the Product Technology team with customers’ technical and business leaders to understand their technical gaps, needs, and business objectives. You will craft GenAI-based solutions that promote innovation and accelerate bringing new products to market. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive enterprise-grade GenAI innovations. Responsibilities Solution Design: Develop detailed, scalable architectural designs addressing client needs using Articul8 products and third-party tools. Piloting and Prototyping: Run pilot programs with customers to demonstrate feasibility and advantages; introduce new features or build prototypes as needed. Client Interaction: Engage with clients through workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate solutions and best practices. Performance Optimization: Optimize for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness; select instance types, auto-scaling configurations, and storage options. Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security best practices and regulatory requirements; implement IAM, data encryption, and related measures. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive architecture documentation and provide training to clients or internal teams. Teamwork: Collaborate with Applied Research, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Customer Success to maintain product technology leadership. Leadership: Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of rapid innovation. Required Qualifications Professional experience: 2+ years in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructure; 4+ years in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics. Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Technology stack: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); Languages (Python, Node.js, Go, Ruby); APIs/Integration (OpenAPI, FastAPI, Swagger, Flask, REST); Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis); ML Frameworks (PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras); Development/Deployment (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes); Monitoring/Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK); Version Control (Git, GitHub, GitLab); Architecture Design/Modeling (Microsoft Visio, Drawio); Collaboration/Project Management (JIRA, Confluence, Trello). Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related fields preferred. Experience developing tools, libraries, and infrastructure for data preprocessing, model training/finetuning, and deployment of LLMs in research and production environments.
