**During your day as a Senior Java Developer you will**:
- Conduct meetings with customers presenting solutions for their identified needs and presenting opportunities for improvement aligned with the customer's business strategy, valuing excellence in service
- Define technical solutions and coding processes ensuring the quality of the service provided
- Make improvements in the coding process ensuring the quality of the service provided
- Conduct customer projects classified as "high complexity", according to the acceptance criteria (Revenue, Environment, Language, Scope)
- Search for solutions to complex problems, that is, involving multiple variables and/or having no known solution
- Create, support/encourage the creation of technical content
- Act as a technical reference for the team supporting the leader and colleagues
- Identify and implement technical improvements in customer processes using good practices and new technologies
- Share technical knowledge through internal and external events
- Identify needs and promote events to disseminate and improve technical knowledge
- Perform the maintenance of high complexity codes indicated by the client or by developers of levels above
- Recommend Suggest code and architecture maintenance improvements considering the pros/cons of performing maintenance
- Propose and lead the clear organization of documentation, in order to maximize the impacts of the developed materials
- Run software tests ensuring the quality of services provided
- Develop tests of complex and varied natures (unit, functional, integration, system, performance, etc.)
- Implement process, planning and execution, and testing
- Configure the test process within the continuous integration process
- Identify and work on customers' technical and business requirements
- Review/validate identified requirements with stakeholders
- Conduct meetings to gather project requirements
- Develop and promote project initiatives by multidisciplinary teams, with the aim of promoting continuous improvement in your area, company and/or client
- Report bugs in tested systems, with clarity and information necessary for their reproduction as well as propose and support their solution
- Communicate proactively and clearly the current status of your activities, bringing the problems faced (blockers, delays, etc.) and communicating the possible solutions you sought to solve the problems
- Monitor and support the activities of other less experienced professionals in order to forward them to resolution
- Identify and implement methodological improvements in internal and/or customer processes
- Share methodological knowledge through internal and external events
- Ensure that the team's deliveries are in line with customer expectations
- Support the team, aiming to ensure the alignment of expectations between client and team
- Connect metrics related to the software development cycle to the company's strategies, reviewing their operation whenever necessary
- Perform internal consulting on other projects
- Design the architecture of solutions for customers
- Design and implement the architecture of the systems, aiming to meet the customer's technical and business needs
- Defend the architecture designed by the team before stakeholders
- Research tools and technologies, propose, conduct and/or act in proofs of concept and incorporate new technologies/methodologies in the company's projects
- Support research and support the identification of new offer models and market trends and address them as possible opportunities for evolution
- Support in consulting, suggesting and implementing new business opportunities within e-Core and/or client
- Understand the business model of the project/client in which it is inserted and propose solutions that collaborate for its success, within and beyond its area of expertise.
- Mentor professionals to develop skills
- Assist in the monitoring of team members, aiming at their development
**As a Senior Java Developer you**:
- Have solid experience with Java
- Have solid experience with Kotlin;
- Have solid experience with _Kubernetes_;
- Have experience with AWS;
- Working knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals: big-O, basic data struc
