This role requires an experienced Training Professional to join our team and design, deliver, and assess training programs for employees and partners.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content and materials to improve participant knowledge and skills. They will utilize excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills to promote adult learning and help others achieve their full potential.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Create high-quality educational materials and resources to support training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
