System Infrastructure Specialist

Our company is expanding its team to support the growth of our infrastructure and applications. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer who can design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Robust Architectures
  • Automate deployment processes, optimize resource allocation, and ensure infrastructure stability and performance.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to optimize infrastructure costs without compromising performance.
  • Improve monitoring and observability capabilities, ensuring comprehensive visibility into the health and performance of our infrastructure.
  • Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between infrastructure and applications.
  • Contribute to the security and compliance of our infrastructure by implementing best practices and staying up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, proactively suggesting and implementing improvements.
Requirements
  • A strong background in managing complex environments across cloud providers and bare-metal servers.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
  • A deep understanding of at least one primary cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience managing infrastructure on bare-metal servers.
  • The ability to architect and manage infrastructure that can scale horizontally and vertically, supporting a growing user base and increasing traffic.
  • Strong focus on optimizing infrastructure to balance performance and cost.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python).
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar systems.
