Join Keeta, explore the world. What You'll Do: Responsible for strategy and operations related to merchant management on the Keeta platform. Understand industry-standard solutions, gain insights into merchant needs, and drive continuous improvement of internal processes and merchant-facing product features. Establish daily operation mechanisms to continuously improve the usage and effectiveness of related products. What We Need From You: Experience in strategy and product operations. Familiar with common corporate methodologies for strategy development, product operations, and project management. Familiar with the merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms. Priority given to those with experience in the food delivery industry. Priority given to those familiar with merchant metric operations. Possess in-depth knowledge of the daily operations of Brazilian food delivery merchants, or be able to collaborate with various internal teams to identify merchants' operational needs and pain points.
