/nPré-requisitos:
  • Formação superior completa;
  • Experiência em empresas prestadora de serviço do segmento de logística ou agentes de carga serão diferencial;
  • Conhecimento de particularidades de logística da indústria aerospace;
  • Experiência coordenação de embarques AOG será um diferencial;
  • Inglês intermediário a avançado desejável.
/nPrincipais desafios:
  • Desenvolvimento de novos clientes da indústria Aerospace;
  • Divulgar nossas ferramentas para o cliente, bem como facilitar o contato do TAA com cliente para implementação e monitoramento;
  • Atualização de contatos no sistema;
  • Zelar pelo atendimento à política de qualidade e, se aplicável, abrir e acompanhar solução às RNCs quando identificado algum desvio no processo;
  • Reportar mensalmente ao gestor da indústria os desafios encontrados bem como sucessos obtidos;
  • Ampliação do conhecimento sobre nossa atuação na indústria Aerospace;
  • Manter registros de reuniões, eventos e compartilhá-los com as áreas envolvidas;
  • Compartilhar com o gestor da indústria, dos produtos e de operações as percepções de dúvida ou insatisfação do cliente.
