Job Description Vialto Partners is a market leader in global mobility services. Our purpose is to ‘Connect the world’. We are the only stand‑alone global mobility business, offering a rare opportunity for clients, stakeholders and colleagues. Our team streamlines and manages global mobility programs in a cost‑efficient, compliant manner, focusing on cross‑border compliance and risk assessment for tax, immigration, business travel, rewards, compensation and remote work. As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive tax and consulting experience. You will help clients meet their individual income tax compliance obligations, address complex tax issues from strategy to execution, build trusted relationships and foster team success. Responsibilities Assist clients in their individual income tax compliance obligations, including preparation of individual tax computations and returns, and handling correspondence with tax authorities. Act to resolve issues that impede effective team working, even during change and uncertainty. Coach others and encourage ownership of their development. Analyze complex proposals and build meaningful recommendations. Address sub‑standard work or work that does not meet company or client expectations. Develop a perspective on key global trends and their impact on the company and clients. Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes. Focus on building trusted relationships. Uphold the company’s code of ethics and business conduct. Qualifications An interest in upskilling for a digital world and openness to learning new tools. A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard. Experience in expatriate tax; knowledge of Taiwan personal income tax is an advantage. 2+ years of relevant experience for a senior position (fewer years may be considered for associate). Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, clients and staff. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure with a proactive attitude. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Education in Business, Law, Economics, International Relations or related field. Demonstrated business development skills and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of the Global Mobility Services practice.
