We are not your typical company – we grow fast, test relentlessly, and celebrate every win. We need a Growth Marketer to own all marketing activities for our B2C and B2B clients. If you are analytical, creative, and excited by data‑driven optimization, this role is for you. Responsibilities Develop and manage email newsletters and automated flows; optimize for engagement and conversion. Own digital advertising: plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta, Google, and new platforms; monitor performance and adjust tactics. Research new markets and channels; pilot tests in one city and scale successful initiatives to additional destinations. Build case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners and corporate partners. Collaborate closely with the founder and remote team; keep internal meetings to 2–3 hours per week. Maintain high execution standards, from data setup to creative copy and launch. Qualifications Strong analytical mindset with experience in data and automation (email marketing, CRM tools, analytics platforms). Creative copywriter who can craft engaging B2C and B2B messaging. Detail‑oriented, systematic approach to testing and scaling. Growth‑oriented attitude; constantly seeking new opportunities and learning new tech. Experience with digital advertising (Meta, Google) and email marketing platforms. Ability to work remotely, self‑driven, and thrive in a fast‑moving culture. Job Details Salary: USD 1,400 per month Hours: 25 hrs per week, part‑time, remote Contract via Upwork Full‑time add‑ons discouraged to keep energy and balance.
