This position will be instrumental in the development of insights and analysis to guide action plans throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities- Analyze the performance from channel/brand perspective.- Create analysis and insights to guide decisions taking and develop tracking methodology for actions plans that were taken.- Use info and data collected, generates insights and deliver tactical plans based on conclusions- Represent the BI team at the multifunctional forums, presenting insights and results, driving decisions.- Design data visualization products, automated reports, analytical frameworks, and ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.- Structure and implement enhancement projects, regarding automatization of processes and reports- Develop comprehensive analytical solutions, forecasts, trend analysis to support our key business partners.**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**:Required- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Adm or related degrees with proven record of analytics- 4 years of work experience, with expertise at Business Intelligence, Analytics & Insights, Market Research, Consulting or related experiences- Highly analytical and adaptive mindsets, with proven background as problem-solver- Advanced Excel knowledge- Familiarity with data preparation and visualization tools - Tableau, PowerBI, Qliksense- Excellent presentation skills- English: advanced or fluent levelPreferred- Considerable knowledge of FMCG industry- Knowledge in SQL will be a plus- Knowledge in Python, R, or other data and programming related languages will be a plus- Knowledge of market research data will be a plus
