Locations: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, or Mexico (Remote) About the Role We’re looking for a BI Analyst to transform complex business data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to design dashboards, reports, and visualizations that tell clear, impactful data stories. This is a hands-on role where you’ll leverage Tableau and SQL to build analytics solutions from scratch and contribute to a growing data culture across the organization. What You’ll Do Develop dashboards and reports from scratch to support decision-making. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data independently. Translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with teams across business functions to define requirements and ensure insights meet their needs. Support data-driven storytelling to guide strategic initiatives. Must Haves 4+ years in Business Intelligence / Analyst roles. 4+ years of Tableau development experience (building dashboards from scratch). 5+ years of SQL development experience (designing, writing, and optimizing queries). Nice to Have Power BI experience. Familiarity with Snowflake cloud data warehouse. Proficiency in Tableau Server for publishing dashboards. Strong analytical and communication skills.
