Employer Industry: Real Estate and Investment Management Why consider this job opportunity: Salary range: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from anywhere in the United States with occasional travel to client sites Comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes mental, physical, and emotional health Supportive culture with personalized benefits, including paid parental leave and a 401(k) plan with company matching Chance to influence sourcing strategies and supplier relationships in a leading global firm What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide market, supplier, and operational intelligence to optimize managed services operations and sourcing strategies Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, and risk management programs Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure all documentation is processed accurately Support supplier relationship and performance programs, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure compliance with contractual terms What is Required (Qualifications): 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in services or indirect categories Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university Expertise in procurement systems (e.g., Jaggaer or Ariba) Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Subject matter expertise in sourcing strategies and supplier relationships Experience in developing and implementing standardized sourcing processes Background in cost savings, supplier consolidation, sustainability, and supplier diversity initiatives Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor Experience working collaboratively with clients and internal teams We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
