Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain credit risk policies and procedures Create and implement collection policies to minimize losses Analyze and assess the creditworthiness of customers and counterparties to determine credit risk ratings and limits Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify potential credit risks and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement credit risk strategies and policies Provide credit risk expertise to support business growth and profitability Monitor and analyze trends in Brazilian credit markets and political changes to inform credit risk decisions Requirements:
Experience in credit risk management, preferably in banking or fintech. Knowledge of end-to-end credit operations and experience in credit risk analysis Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.G. finance, economics, business) Proficient in Excel and SQL;
Python programming skills are a plus Fluency in Portuguese and English;
Chinese language skillsare a plus Ability to work across time zones in an international setting
