Creative Strategist (Visual, Video-First) — Full-Time, Remote


Description:


We’re hiring a Visual Creative Strategist to drive growth through emotion-led ad creative. Our best ads spark nostalgia and feeling—the message lives in the visuals, pacing, and music, not long copy. You’ll partner with editors and UGC creators to build, test, and scale high-converting video concepts for Meta.


What you’ll do


  1. Turn insights into scroll-stopping hooks and storyboards;
    pick music, pacing, andshot lists that carry the message.
  2. Build concise briefs for UGC creators/editors;
    source and manage creators.
  3. Guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when needed) to maximize thumb-stop, CTR, and CVR.
  4. Launch rapid tests;
    read performance (nCAC,CTR, hold rate, ROAS) and iterate fast.
  5. Repurpose winners into statics


Responsibilities


  1. Own visual creative strategy from concept → brief → edit → test → scale.
  2. Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers on weekly sprints.
  3. Maintain a swipe file of winning references and trend formats.
  4. Coordinate whitelisting/influencer assets as needed.


Qualifications


  1. Proven record of video ads that convert (please share links/reels).
  2. Strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.
  3. Comfortable with data: can read a dashboard and decide the next test.
  4. UGC + short-form paid social experience (Meta required;
    TikTok/YouTube a plus).
  5. Clear briefs, fast iterations;
    low-ego, high-ownership.


Salary


Attractive and based on experience. We currently have a creative strategist who has made over 8k with only bonuses, the salary structure will depend on experience.
