Squad Leader

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Squad Leader to spearhead our AI Enablement initiative. This role will lead a cross-functional team responsible for implementing AI solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and value across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical AI expertise with strong leadership skills to transform how our business operates through intelligent automation.

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional squad of AI specialists, developers, and business analysts
• Establish clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables for AI implementation projects
• Collaborate with business units to identify high-value AI implementation opportunities
• Develop comprehensive AI implementation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee the evaluation and selection of AI tools and technologies based on business needs
• Make informed build-vs-buy decisions for AI applications with focus on business impact
• Implement AI-based automation solutions across various technology platforms
• Establish technical standards and best practices for AI implementation
• Drive AI adoption through effective training programs and change management
• Develop governance frameworks that ensure responsible and ethical AI implementation
• Translate complex AI concepts into business value propositions for stakeholders
• Measure and communicate the impact of AI implementations on business performance

• 5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with 3+ years focusing on AI/ML implementations.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful technology projects.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, tools, and implementation methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Fluent English level.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Experience with AI governance and ethical implementation frameworks
• Certifications in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP)
